Almond Wheat Muffins


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup slivered almond
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Throw everything in a bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Pour batter into greased or lined muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
