Banana Berry Smoothie

Kick start your morning – or give your afternoon a boost – and make this banana and blueberry smoothie that is high in antioxidants, fiber and potassium while being rich in flavor! This tasty treat is the perfect way to help get the energy you need to take on the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
