Beverly Hills Cafe Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  1. 1 tablespoon Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  4. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tablespoon minced garlic in oil
  9. 1/4 cup very thin sliced scallion
  10. 1/2 cup diced celery
  11. 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
  12. 2 1/2 pounds cooked boneless skinless chicken
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the chicken) together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill, the longer you chill, the better.
  3. Remove from refrigerator.
  4. Stir well, then mix with the chicken.
