Blueberry-French Toast Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 16 slices bread
  3. 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 3 eggs
  7. 3 cups milk
  8. 2 cups blueberries
  9. 8 oz cream cheese
  10. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  1. Spray 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Spread cream cheese evenly over 6 slices of bread and lay in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle 2 cups of blueberries over bread.
  4. Cut remaining 10 slices of bread into cubes and place over blueberries.
  5. Combine Sue Bee Honey, milk, eggs, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar.
  6. Pour over bread layers.
  7. Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.
  8. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg over bread mixture and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and an inserted knife comes out clean.
  10. Let set 5 minutes.
  11. Top with blueberry sauce.
