Blueberry Muffins (With Splenda)

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 cup skim milk
  5. 1 cup fresh blueberries
  6. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  7. 1 cup Splenda granular
  8. 1/2 cup light margarine
  9. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  10. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
  2. In another bowl, beat margarine, Splenda granular and Sue Bee Honey with electric mixer until fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, add vanilla.
  4. Alternately stir in flour and milk.
  5. When blended, fold in berries.
  6. Spoon batter into paper lined or greased muffin cups.
  7. Bake until golden in a preheated oven at 350 F for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.
