Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 cups low-fat buttermilk
  3. 1/4 cup raisins
  4. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  5. 1/2 cup wheat germ
  6. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 teaspoons baking soda
  9. 1/4 cup molasses
  10. 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Prepare a non-stick loaf pan by spraying with cooking spray.
  3. Mix together all ingredients and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Place pan in oven and lower oven temperature to 350 F.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Turn loaf out on rack and cool.
  7. Allow bread to cool at least 8 hours before slicing and toasting this bread.
