Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 can yam
  3. 1 cup pecans
  4. 1 can pineapple bits
  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar
  6. 2 teaspoons nutmeg
  7. 2 teaspoons ginger
  8. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  9. 1/2 cup margarine
  10. miniature marshmallows
Instructions
  1. Put mashed yams in casserole. Mix together margarine, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, brown sugar and Sue Bee Honey.
  2. Mix in yams with pineapple bits and pecans.
  3. Top with miniature marshmallows.
  4. Bake at 325 F until heated through and marshmallows are bubbly.
Notes
  1. You may want to cut back on the ginger, using as little as 1 teaspoon.
