Caramel Apple Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 tablespoons margarine
  3. 4 apples
  4. 21 caramels
  5. 1/4 cup half and half
  6. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  7. 8 oz package cream cheese
  8. 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  9. 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  10. 2 eggs
Instructions
  1. Melt margarine and 1/2 cup of Sue Bee Honey over medium high heat in a frying pan.
  2. Stir in apples.
  3. Cook 12 to 15 minutes until browned; stirring constantly.
  4. Melt caramels and half and half and set aside.
  5. Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup Sue Bee Honey, allspice, vanilla and eggs.
  6. Fold half of caramel mixture in with apples and the other half with cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon apple mixture into bottom of pie crust.
  8. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
  9. Top with cream cheese mixture and bake at 375 F for 35 to 45 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  10. When cool, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
