Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 (385 ml) can regular evaporated milk
  3. 2 chai tea teabags
  4. 1 1/2 cups water
  5. 2 teaspoons sugar
  6. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  7. ground cardamom
  8. chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Chill 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk in the fridge until very cold.
  2. Combine remaining evaporated milk, tea bags, water and Sue Bee Honey in a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Beat chilled 1/3 cup evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla until thick and frothy.
  4. Strain tea into warmed mugs.
  5. Spoon frothy mixture over top.
  6. Sprinkle with cardamom or nutmeg and chocolate shavings.
