Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  3. 10 drops red food coloring
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  8. 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  9. 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  10. 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  11. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  12. 2 (1 1/2 pounds) pork tenderloins
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except pork.
  2. Place pork and marinade in a ziplock bag.
  3. Keep in fridge 24 hours turning bag occasionally.
  4. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  5. Place pork on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minute.
  7. Let sit for 5 minute before slicing into medallions.
