Chocolate French Toast with Rosemary Fruit Sauce

Ingredients
  1. 4 thick slices bread
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/4 cup milk
  4. 1/4 cup sugar
  5. 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  6. 4 Tbsp Butter
  7. 4 Tbsp Sue Bee® Honey
  8. 1/4 cup each mandarin oranges, dried blueberries, chopped walnuts, chopped pecans, chopped almonds
  9. 1 branch Rosemary
Instructions
  1. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a sauté pan; add the mandarin oranges, blueberries, walnuts, pecans, almonds and rosemary
  2. Add the Sue Bee Honey and sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the orange juice and remove from the heat.
  4. Mix together eggs, sugar, milk and cocoa powder.
  5. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in large sauté pan.
  6. Dip bread on both sides in milk mixture.
  7. Sauté until browned on both sides.
  8. Spoon fruit sauce over bread slices and serve immediately.
