Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
  3. 2 tablespoons cocoa
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Process cheese in food processor for 1 minute.
  2. Add Sue Bee Honey, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon.
  3. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon into 6 wine glasses and garnish with almonds.
