Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 - 1 lb can jellied cranberry
  3. 8 oz package cream cheese
  4. 1 cup pineapple
  5. 1/2 cup walnuts
  6. 1/2 cup nondairy whipped topping
Instructions
  1. Cream together cheese and Sue Bee Honey.
  2. Mix in pineapple and cranberry sauce just until blended.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Put into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan and freeze until firm.
  5. Cut into 9 squares and serve each on a lettuce leaf.
  6. Top with additional nondairy whipped topping if desired.
