Cream of Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 cups cantaloupe
  3. 1 cup orange juice
  4. 1/2 cup lemon juice
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  7. 16 ounces lemon yogurt
  8. fresh sliced strawberries
Instructions
  1. In a food processor or blender blend the cantaloupe for 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Process for an additional 10 seconds.
  4. Add the cream and Sue Bee Honey.
  5. Scrape down the sides and process an additional 10 seconds.
  6. Pour the cantaloupe mixture into a bowl and fold in the yogurt.
  7. Refrigerate for several hours.
  8. To serve place in a bowl and garnish with fresh strawberries.
