Dark Chocolate Honey Fudge

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2-12 oz packages semisweet chocolate chips
  3. 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup walnuts
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Butter or spray a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt chips, milk and Sue Bee Honey over medium heat in a 2-qt. saucepan, stirring constantly, just until chips are melted.
  3. Do not overcook or chocolate will scorch.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla.
  5. Cool.
  6. Cut into 2-inch pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
  8. Makes about 1 pound of fudge.
