Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 large red apples
  3. 1/8 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  8. 2/3 cup cauliflower floret
  9. 1 cup iceberg lettuce
  10. 1/2 cup walnut halves
  11. 1/2 cup carrot
  12. 1/2 cup red cabbage
  13. 1/2 cup celery
  14. 1/2 cup dark raisin
  15. 1/3 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
Instructions
  1. Make the dressing by whisking ingredients together. Refrigerate.
  2. Place the chopped apples in a large non-metallic mixing bowl and add the lemon juice. Toss lightly.
  3. Add all other ingredients (except dressing) and toss lightly.
  4. Add dressing and toss lightly for a final time.
  5. Refrigerate, covered, for one hour before serving.
Notes
  1. Blanched pea pods, shocked in ice water can be substituted for the carrots if desired. Other types of lettuce may be used instead of iceberg.
