Ginger Beef and Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  3. 2 red onions
  4. 3 green bell peppers
  5. 1 large fresh pineapple
  6. 3 lbs boneless beef sirloin
  7. 1 green onion
  8. 3/4 cup oil
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger powder
  10. 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  11. 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  12. 10 long metal skewers
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together Sue Bee Honey, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic, oil and green onion.
  2. Transfer marinade to a large heavy-duty Ziplock freezer bag or a glass dish.
  3. Add in the cubed beef; seal bag and turn to coat Beef well.
  4. place in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  5. When ready to grill, drain the marinade and discard.
  6. Skewer Beef, pineapple chunks and veggies in an alternating pattern.
  7. Grill over hot coals for about 18-20 minutes.
