Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 mahi mahi fillets
  3. salt and pepper
  4. 2 teaspoons olive oil
  5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  6. 1 garlic clove
  7. 1 tablespoon ginger root
  8. 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  9. 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag and add fish. Leave in fridge to marinate for up to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  3. In an oven safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil on medium high heat.
  4. Place fish in skillet, but be careful--it will splatter a bit.
  5. Leave the fish to sizzle away for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the fish over and place entire pan in the oven for 15 minutes.
