Granola with Soya Flour

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 5 cups rolled oats
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 1 cup vegetable oil
  5. 1 cup sunflower seed
  6. 1 cup slivered almond
  7. 1 cup raw cashew nuts
  8. 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  9. 1 cup dry milk
  10. 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  11. 1 cup soya flour
  12. 1 1/2 cups wheat germ
  13. 1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  14. 1 cup bran flakes
  15. 2 cups dark raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Sue Bee Honey, oil and vanilla; add to the dry mix, folding it in with a wooden spoon.
  4. Spread this mixture onto the bottom of a large roasting pan; bake stirring occasionally, for 1 1/4 hours, or until light brown.
  5. Cool the baked granola, stirring it several times; when cooled, add the raisins.
  6. Place in tight, glass containers.
