Grilled Honey Lime Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  1. 1/8 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 lime
  3. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/2 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  6. 1 teaspoon grill seasoning
  7. 4 (6 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  8. lettuce
  9. tomato
  10. red onion
  11. sliced avocado
  12. 4 crusty rolls
  13. 1 cup prepared salsa verde
Instructions
  1. Combine first Sue Bee Honey, lime, olive oil, cilantro and cumin in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with seasoning blend or salt & pepper.
  3. Coat chicken in dressing and set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Grill chicken on an indoor electric grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or pan fry over med high heat in a large nonstick skillet uncovered 6 minutes per side.
  5. Slice chicken breasts on an angle and pile meat on roll bottoms.
  6. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sliced avocado.
  7. Spread salsa on roll tops as a condiment.
