Grilled Teriyaki Burgers

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  3. 2 cloves garlic
  4. 1 teaspoon ginger
  5. 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  6. 2 pounds ground beef
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  9. 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. Stir together Sue Bee Honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Stir 2 teaspoons soy sauce mixture into mayonnaise; set aside.
  3. Combine 1/3 cup soy sauce mixture, beef, salt and pepper; shape into 6 patties.
  4. Brush with remaining soy sauce mixture.
  5. Grill over medium-high heat (350-400 F) 4 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink.
  6. Coat cut sides of buns with cooking spray, and grill, cut side down, 2 minutes.
  7. Spread buns evenly with mayonnaise mixture, and fill with the patties.
