Hawaiian Hoisin Glazed Baby Back Pork Ribs

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 cup ketchup
  3. 1 tablespoon chili paste with garlic
  4. 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons fermented black beans
  6. 2 tablespoons orange zest
  7. 2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
  8. 2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
  9. 2 teaspoons curry powder
  10. 2 tablespoons curry powder
  11. 1/4 cup sesame seed
  12. 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  13. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  14. 5 tablespoons dry sherry
  15. 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  16. 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
  17. 3 lbs pork baby back ribs
Instructions
  1. Whisk all of the ingredients except the ribs in a large bowl to blend.
  2. Divide the ribs between 2 large baking dishes.
  3. Brush with half of the sauce.
  4. Cover the ribs and remaining sauce separately and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375 F Transfer the ribs to heavy, large baking sheets.
  6. Roast the ribs until tender, basting frequently with some of remaining sauce, about 1 hour.
  7. Place the remaining sauce in a heavy, small saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  8. Transfer the ribs to a platter.
  9. Cut into individual ribs.
  10. Serve, passing the remaining sauce separately
