Honey Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 package apple cinnamon bagels
  3. 3 cups milk
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2 cup pecans
  8. 12.5 oz. bottle butterscotch ice cream topping
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick coating.
  3. Cut bagels into 1-inch pieces, or use enough pieces of bread to make 8 cups.
  4. Spread evenly over bottom of prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minuntes until browned.
  6. Whisk together Sue Bee Honey, milk, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon; pour over toasted bagels.
  7. Let stand for about 10 minutes.
  8. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the butterscotch topping over bread and sprinkle with pecans.
  9. Bake about 50 minutes or until puffed and inserted knife comes out clean.
  10. Let cool 10 minutes.
  11. Drizzle remaining butterscotch over pudding and serve while warm.
