Honey-Mustard Chicken (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 4 chicken thighs
  3. 4 chicken drumsticks
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. 1/2 cup sweet-hot mustard
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 tablespoon curry powder
Instructions
  1. Brown chicken in skillet and transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Melt butter is a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add all other ingredients, stirring well. Pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Serve with rice.
Notes
  1. You can also use one whole chicken cut up into serving pieces.
