Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup margarine
  3. 2 cups rolled oats
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  8. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  10. 2 eggs
  11. 1/2 cup nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Cream butter.
  3. Beat in Sue Bee Honey, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  5. Stir into butter mixture. Stir in oats and nuts.
  6. On greased baking sheet, shape dough into 2 (10x3x1-inch) logs.
  7. Bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  8. Cool 5 minutes; remove to cutting board.
  9. Cut each log into 1/2-inch strips; place on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 300 F, 25-30 minutes or until crisp throughout strip.
