Honey Orange Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  1. 2/3 cup Sue Bee Honey
  2. 1 pie crust
  3. 3/4 cup whipping cream
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  7. 2 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  8. 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  9. 3 eggs
  10. 1 15-oz can pumpkin
  11. 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Roll out pie crust.
  3. Ease into pie plate.
  4. Trim and flute edges.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In a large bowl, mix Sue Bee Honey, pumpkin, eggs, orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, cornstarch, ginger and salt on low speed until combined.
  7. Mix in whipping cream and sour cream until combined.
  8. Pour into prepared crust.
  9. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.
  10. If necessary, cover pie with foil to prevent over browning.
  11. Continue to bake for an additional 35-45 minutes or until center of pie is set.
