Honey Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  3. 3/4 cup peanut butter
  4. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 2 1/3 cup flour
  11. 10-ounces peanut butter cup, chopped
  12. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 325 degrees.
  2. Mix Sue Bee Honey, butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add dry ingredients until mixed; dough will not be stiff.
  4. Mix in cut-up peanut butter cups and chips.
  5. Refrigerate dough for two hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  7. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
