Honey-Pecan Finger Pies

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 1/4 cups flour
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  8. 2/3 cup sugar
  9. 1/2 cup butter
  10. 1/3 cup sugar
  11. 1 cup pecans
Instructions
  1. Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and 1/3 cup sugar in a bowl; cut 1/2 cup butter into flour mixture with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  2. Press firmly and evenly into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Bake at 375 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  4. Combine 2/3 cup sugar and remaining ingredients; pour over prepared crust.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 20 to 25 minutes, shielding with foil the last 5 minutes, if necessary.
  6. Cool on a wire rack.
  7. Cut into 1 1/2 x 1-inch bars.
