- 3 tablespoons Sue Bee® Honey
- 6 cups preshredded cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 6 green onions
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Combine Sue Bee Honey, cabbage, tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, vinegar, and salt in serving bowl; mix well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
- Stir well immediately before serving.
- For a milder coleslaw, discard the seeds and veins when chopping the jalapenos.
