Low Fat Granola with Sun-Dried Fruit and Almonds

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 6 cups rolled oats
  3. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  4. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  5. 3 egg whites
  6. 1/2 cup sun-dried cranberries
  7. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  8. 1 (6 ounce) bag tropical dried mixed fruit
  9. 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, cinnamon and ginger.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine Sue Bee Honey, egg whites and applesauce.
  4. Add to oat mixture.
  5. Loosely pat into large cookie sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Cool granola to room temperature.
  7. Stir in cranberries, dried mixed fruit and almonds.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
  9. Serve with milk or yogurt.
