Low Fat Zucchini Muffins (Made With Splenda and Honey)

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 tablespoons reduced fat margarine
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 2 cups flour
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  8. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  9. 2 cups zucchini
  10. 3 egg whites
  11. 3/4 cup Splenda granular
  12. 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F and spray muffin pan (12 cups) with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
