Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs 3/4 cup heavy cream
  4. 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  5. 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  6. 1/4 cup butter, melted
  7. 1 cup cornmeal
  8. 1 cup flour
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  11. 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together the Sue Bee Honey, sugar, eggs, milk, maple syrup, Greek yogurt and butter. Mix well.
  3. Add the cornmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour batter into greased muffin tin or muffin liners. Fill until 3/4 full.
  5. Bake 12-14 minutes.
