Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  2. 1 pound lean ground beef
  3. 1 small onion, diced
  4. 1 1/4 teaspoon beef bouillon
  5. 1 1/2 cups water
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 2 tablespoons ketchup
  9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  10. 3 tablespoons flour
  11. 1 cup sour cream
  12. 1 4-ounce can mushroom pieces, drained
  13. 1 8-ounce bag noodles, cooked and drained
  14. 1 tablespoon margarine
  15. 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain and return to skillet.
  2. Mix bouillon and water together and add all but 1/3 cup to browned ground beef.
  3. Stir in salt, garlic, ketchup, Sue Bee Honey and pepper.
  4. Mix the remaining bouillon and flour together and pour into ground beef mixture.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until mixture thickens.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and mushrooms.
  7. Toss noodles with margarine and poppy seeds.
  8. In a large casserole dish, pour hamburger mix over noodles and serve.

  1. Serves 4-6.
