Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  3. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  4. 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  5. 1 cup oatmeal
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla
  7. 1 cup coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl mix Sue Bee Honey, peanut butter, chocolate chips, flaxseed, oatmeal and vanilla until well-blended.
  2. Pour coconut flakes into a small bowl.
  3. Shape honey mixture into balls and roll in coconut mix.
  4. Chill until firm. Serve.
