Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  2. 1 pound lean ground beef
  3. 1/2 cup diced onion
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 cups cornflakes
  6. 1 cup applesauce
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  9. 1 can condensed chicken rice soup
  10. 1 cup condensed tomato soup
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients except soups.
  2. Form 2-inch meatballs and place in 9-inch-square baking dish.
  3. Pour soups – first chicken rice then tomato – over meatballs.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to overnight.
  5. When ready to cook, uncover and bake 2 hours at 350 F.
Notes
  1. Makes 15-20 meatballs.
