Ingredients
  1. 3/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 5 cups peaches
  3. 1/4 cup quick-cooking tapioca
  4. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  5. 1/2 tsp. salt
  6. 1/4 cup peach jello
  7. 2 Tbsp. margarine
  8. 2 pastry shells
Instructions
  1. Mix together Sue Bee Honey, peaches, tapioca and flavorings.
  2. Spread into 9-inch pastry shell.
  3. Dot with margarine.
  4. Cover with second pastry shell and flute crust edges.
  5. Cut slits in top crust.
  6. Sprinkle with water and then cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Bake in hot oven, 400 F for 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350 F and bake about 50 minutes longer.
  9. Cool before cutting.
