Crust
  1. 3 cups flour
  2. 1 cup brown sugar
  3. 1 cup margarine
Toppings
  1. 1/2 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2-12 oz package butterscotch chips
  3. 2 tablespoons margarine
  4. 3 cups roasted peanuts
  5. 1 tablespoon water
Crust
  1. Cut margarine into flour and brown sugar until mixture is crumbly.
  2. Press into bottom of 11x16-inch jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 350 F.
Toppings
  1. Melt Sue Bee Honey, butterscotch chips, margarine and water together.
  2. Spread over crust and sprinkle with peanuts.
  3. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
