Topping ingredients
  1. 1 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 5 eggs
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring
  5. 2 cups whole pecans
Crust ingredients
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1 cup brown sugar
  3. 1 cup margarine
Instructions
  1. Prepare crust by mixing brown sugar and flour.
  2. Cut in margarine until well-blended.
  3. Press into bottom of 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.
  5. For the topping, beat together eggs, Sue Bee Honey, sugar and vanilla.
  6. Stir in pecans and pour over baked crust.
  7. Bake at 325 F for 40 min or until lightly brown on top.
