Sour Cream-Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
  3. 1 teaspoon onion powder
  4. 1/2 cup melted margarine
  5. 1 10 1/2-ounce can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1 pint sour cream (light may be used)
  9. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  10. Topping
  11. 1/4 cup melted margarine
  12. 1 cup crushed cornflakes
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except topping ingredients and turn into a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
  2. Lightly toss cornflakes with melted margarine and distribute topping evenly over casserole.
  3. Bake at 45 minutes at 350 F.
