Sue Bee Honey Crusted Walleye w/ Dipping Sauce

HONEY CRUSTED WALLEYE
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 cups butter-flavored crackers; crushed (45-50)
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 4-6 walleye fillets (1 1/2 - 2 lbs.)
  7. 1/3 cup cooking oil
  8. 1 lemon wedge (optional)
DIPPING SAUCE
  1. 1/4 cup Sue Bee Honey
  2. 2 cups mayonnaise
  3. 1/3 cup catsup
  4. 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  5. 4-6 drops of hot sauce (optional)
Walleye Directions
  1. In a shallow bowl, beat egg; add Sue Bee Honey.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine crackers, salt and pepper.
  3. Dip fish in egg mixture, then shake in bag until coated.
  4. In a skillet, cook fillets in oil for 3-5 minutes per side or until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
Sauce Directions
  1. Mix and serve.
