Ribs and Marinade
  1. 1/2 cup Sue Bee® Honey
  2. 4 pounds pork spareribs
  3. 2 cups chicken broth
  4. 1 cup soy sauce
  5. 3/4 cup ketchup
  6. 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  7. 1 clove minced garlic
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  9. 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger-root
Directions
  1. 1. Place ribs on a rack in a shallow baking pan, cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine Sue Bee® Honey, broth, soy sauce, ketchup, pineapple juice, garlic, pepper and ginger. Put marinade in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag and add ribs, turning to coat. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  3. 3. While grill is cool, coat it with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. 4. Discard marinade. Grill ribs, uncovered, over medium heat 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
Glaze
  1. 2/3 cup Sue Bee Honey
  2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger-root
Directions
  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine glaze ingredients.
  2. 2. Brush on ribs during last 10 minutes of grilling.
