1 tablespoon Sue Bee Honey
1 medium cantaloupe
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons mint leaves
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1. Peel the cantaloupe and cut it in to cubes.
2. Place the cantaloupe, orange juice, and mint leaves in the food processor and liquify.
3. Add the honey and the yogurt, whirl until the mixture is very smooth.
4. Cover and chill for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
