Servings: SERVES 12 , 2 1/2 cups
2-3 tablespoons Sue Bee Honey
1 cup canned cherries
1/2 cup almonds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-2 tablespoon red wine
1. Core apples and cut into chunks, no need to peel.
2. Place in food processor and chop coarsely.
3. Add cherries, ground almonds and cinnamon. Process to coarsely chop cherries.
4. Transfer to a bowl.
5. Stir in honey to taste and red wine to moisten.
6. Serve at room temperature.
