Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 1 cup dark raisin
  4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  10. 3/4 cup granola cereal
  11. 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an 8" square baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the flour, granola, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in Sue Bee Honey, butter, egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in raisins and walnuts, then press mixture into the greased pan.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Cool and cut into bars.
