Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  3. 1 lb chicken breast
  4. 3 stalks lemongrass
  5. 12 ounces straw mushrooms
  6. 1 1/2 lbs mushrooms
  7. 1 bunch green onion
  8. 1/4 cup galangal
  9. 20 kaffir lime leaves
  10. 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon
  11. 18 ounces coconut milk
  12. 2 quarts water
Instructions
  1. Mix Sue Bee Honey water, bouillon, coconut milk, leaves, galangal, lemongrass and Sriracha together and bring to a boil.
  2. Add green onions, mushrooms, straw mushrooms, bring back to boil.
  3. Add chicken breast.
  4. Boil for 1 hours.
