Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 3 cups oats
  3. 1/2 cup raisins
  4. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  5. 1/2 cup slivered almond
  6. 1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
  7. 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seed
  8. 1/2 cup sesame seed
  9. 1 cup chopped pecans
  10. 1 cup powdered milk
  11. 1 1/2 cups wheat bran
  12. 1/2 cup chopped dried apricot
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, wheat bran, milk powder, pecans, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and almonds.
  3. In a 2-cup measure, stir together Sue Bee Honey and oil until blended; pour over dry ingredients.
  4. Using two spoons, toss and stir to combine well.
  5. Turn onto lightly greased baking sheets; spreading evenly.
  6. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. Immediately, turn into large bowl; stir in raisins and apricots.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. You can also use this as muesli or granola and top with milk for breakfast.
