Ingredients
  1. 1/3 cup Sue BeeĀ® Honey
  2. 1 1/2 cups low-fat granola
  3. 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  4. 2 egg whites
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  6. 1/3 cup slivered almond
  7. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  8. 1/2 cup raisins
  9. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  10. 1 cup old fashioned oats
  11. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Butter or spray 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Combine granola, oatmeal, cranberries, raisins, flour, almonds and cinnamon in large mixing bowl.
  4. In smaller bowl, lightly beat egg whites. Stir in Sue Bee Honey, brown sugar and oil.
  5. Stir in honey mixture into dry ingredients until all coated.
  6. Press evenly into pan.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool fully then cut into bars.
